Thank you for purchasing from LUXAT! Your product is unique and one-of-a-kind. Please be patient with my shipping system, I’m a small studio doing my best to get everything out in a timely manner! All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and insurance is included in your shipping cost.  You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. For local pick up please use code LOCAL at checkout for free shipping. 


COVID-19 Delays

Our online shop continues to be open. We are able to fulfill and ship your orders as usual, though production and fulfillment may take a bit longer due to recent operational changes. We are also now offering local pick-up if you live in my area. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a date that you need to receive your order by or if you have any questions.

All pieces are shipped with USPS, United States Postal Service

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Dec. 10, 2020, is the last day for shipments to be received by Dec. 25th, 2020. Please email if you would like to do overnight shipping at an extra cost. Our online shop will be closed from Dec. 23rd - Jan. 3rd. 

Returns

Since each piece is handmade, all sales are final unless damaged in transit. In the case something happens, please contact us with receipt of your package.
